Now, my question is if this is just for the Normal Guild Wars, or Guild Wars2. Someone must get this position, and give us the inside scoop

Whoever gets this position will be unable to "give us the inside scoop" because of the Non-Disclosure Agreement *NDA Apollo Smile mentioned*.
Also, it's allowed, not aloud.

Thank you, I was about to post just because ppl were making that mistake.
There's no way we can speculate on whether this is for GW or GW2, because we don't know the state the game is in. Regina has said she played it, but even games with nothing but basic land texture and an unspecific avatar are "playable."
Also, NCSoft shed alot of jobs I believe (layoffs) and this may be an attempt to hire back some of the ppl that answer those report tickets on the NCSoft site for GW.
If it is meant only for GW2, then the game would have to be very well-developed to this point, and they must have alot of confidence in its' mechanics and ability to sell.
They could be hiring with GW in mind, but switch the people over to GW2 on an as-needed basis for long-term preparation. This is the most likely situation in my opinion.

Whomever gets that position will surely be signing a nondisclosure agreement. It's standard practice for positions within companies with sensitive information. Especially those that trade publicly on the stock market.

I know some people that went to Anet on a school trip (yeah I know, how lucky can you get) And even they had to sign an NDA.
I don't think we can get any more info from GW2 unless Anet really wants it. (or your school gets you a school trip to Seattle)

the QA team still does things for GW ya know
everything gets tested before it's released to the public (including the April update I'm sure) so implying that GW doesn't need a QA team is silly (I say implying since you didn't outright say they don't but you do seem to imply it from my perspective)

The given link is corrupted, should have been:
http://tbe.taleo.net/NA5/ats/careers...&cws=1&rid=436
In any case, 'inside scoop' is the last thing one would want to do. Breaking NDAs is not exactly a career enhancing move.
